Job Description of Stocking Team Member:

In the position of a Stocking Team Member with FedEx, you will be tasked with restocking shelves and arranging products in the warehouse to maintain inventory levels. Your focus will be on properly storing goods and enabling easy retrieval, which is essential for the effective functioning of the warehouse and ensuring orders are processed promptly.

Responsibilities of Stocking Team Member:

• Stock and set up products on shelves and racks in a neat fashion.
• Ensure consistent inventory counts and revisions.
• Ensure that items are properly tagged and stored in the right places.
• Support in the handling and unpackaging of incoming shipments.
• Make sure to maintain a clean and structured work environment.
• Engage in teamwork to fulfill stocking and inventory goals alongside coworkers.
• Supply aid for selecting and packaging goods as requested.

Qualifications of Stocking Team Member:

• A high school diploma or its comparable credential is a prerequisite for this position.
• Capacity to hoist and transfer heavy loads.
