Job Description of Independent Courier:

As a Independent Courier, your primary duty involves the transportation of packages from FedEx hubs to customers' addresses, prioritizing safe and timely delivery. Your role is crucial in upholding customer satisfaction and contributing to the smooth functioning of the logistics network at FedEx.

Responsibilities of Independent Courier:

• Facilitate the transfer of shipments from FedEx depots to clients' addresses.
• Transfer packages to and from the delivery vehicle. - Adhere to a set route and timetable.
• Ensure that precise delivery records and paperwork are kept up to date.
• Contact dispatchers and clients when necessary.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections on automobiles and communicate any identified problems.

Qualifications of Independent Courier:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
