Roles and Responsibilities:

• You play a key role in improving the in-store customer experience by maintaining a strong visual aesthetic that is in harmony with the values of the IKEA Brand.
• Crafting, erecting, and setting up in-store media for showcasing products and promoting the IKEA brand aesthetic.
• Mindfully utilizing resources and materials in order to cut down on the environmental footprint and optimize recycling and reusing avenues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, refine, and arrange furniture and interior exhibitions as per the design concepts promoted by IKEA.
• Execute woodworking operations safely and efficiently with tools and machinery.
• Help in forming inspirational room atmospheres that capture the needs and prevailing trends of clients.
• Ensure that all carpentry projects adhere to the safety and quality benchmarks set by IKEA.
