Roles and Duties:

Your responsibility is to enrich the in-store customer experience by ensuring a cohesive visual representation that reflects the core values of the IKEA Brand.
Putting together, organizing, and styling in-store displays to showcase the product range and uphold the recognizable IKEA visual identity.
Strategically managing resources and materials to lessen environmental harm and maximize the potential for recycling and reusing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, adjust, and place furniture and interior exhibits based on the design concepts defined by IKEA.
Operate woodworking tools and machinery in a safe and effective manner.
Support in developing stimulating room decors that showcase the needs and contemporary tendencies of customers.
Maintain adherence to IKEA's safety and quality standards in all carpentry work.
