Job Summary of Assistant Operations Manager:

The Assistant Operations Manager at Taco Bell assists the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing operational shifts and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role entails taking initiative in resolving issues positively, seeking assistance when necessary, and offering support and mentorship to colleagues. Primary duties involve ensuring that Team Members and Shift Managers fulfill their tasks, overseeing inventory control, maintaining financial transparency, and delivering safe, high-quality meals in a courteous manner.

Essential Functions of Assistant Operations Manager:

Qualification of Assistant Operations Manager:

• One must have reached the age of 18
• Meeting the requirements of a background check and drug screening is a prerequisite
• Having dependable means of transportation is essential
• Proficiency in fundamental business mathematics and accounting abilities, coupled with robust analytical and decision-making competencies
• Capable of cleaning and mopping the floors, wiping shelves, and disposing of trash by lifting and moving it to an exterior bin
