Job Summary of Cafe Manager:

The role of the Taco Bell Cafe Manager involves leading the team and shaping the work environment while ensuring top-notch customer service. They are accountable for overseeing the restaurant's operations and establishing a team that offers customers exceptional food and a pleasant dining experience consistently.

Responsibilities of Cafe Manager:

• Include finding, hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation and developing the training plan for each new hire.
• You're also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, assisting in the resolution of customer issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.

Requirements of Cafe Manager:

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, whereas a college or university degree is viewed favorably. Candidates should possess 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a retail or food service setting, with proven accountability for Profit and Loss. Basic computer literacy is required, and candidates currently holding the Assistant General Manager position are highly encouraged to apply for internal promotion
• Meeting the age threshold of 21 years is mandatory, along with fulfilling the background investigation requirements and drug screening
• Possess strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Proficient at carrying out tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and handling the disposal of trash by placing it in an external waste receptacle
• Skilled in the cleaning of the restaurant's exterior premises, including the parking lot. Can manage extended periods of standing, walking, lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs, and bending throughout 80% of the shift
