Job Description of Material Mover:

The Material Mover position entails overseeing the effective transportation and storage of materials in the warehouse. Duties consist of material loading, unloading, machine operation, and the maintenance of proper inventory storage. Responsibilities of Material Mover:

• Material Receiving and Unloading: Accept and unload materials or products from delivery trucks, verifying quantities and examining for damages.
• Inventory Organization: Arrange products in proper locations, ensuring accurate identification, and sustaining updated inventory documentation.
• Material Transport: Employ machinery like forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks for the movement of materials and products throughout the workplace.
