Advanced Forklift Operator

Pay: $18.00 per hour + $0.50 shift differential

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 4:00PM-12:30AM

Join Our Team as an Advanced Forklift Operator!

As an Advanced Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our operations by safely and efficiently handling complex powered material handling equipment, including Order Picker, Turret, Drexel, and more. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing product receipt, storage, and order fulfillment while ensuring product safety, quality, legality, and integrity.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Efficiently picking full case orders for replenishment, customer orders, and packaging components.
• Retrieving and putting away pallets in a narrow aisle bulk rack storage system.
• Conducting quality control to ensure the accuracy of all transactions.
• Loading and unloading pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines using both manual methods and equipment.
• Sorting, building, and wrapping products on pallets to meet customer expectations.
• Maintaining the accuracy of storage locations through daily cycle counts and routine inventory maintenance.
• Performing other distribution work functions as needed based on business demand.

You Are a Great Fit If You Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience with daily power equipment operations preferred; a minimum of 6 months is required.
• Ability to meet all PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Proficiency in operating complex powered material handling equipment (e.g., Order Picker, Turret, Drexel).
• Comfort working at extended heights.
• A strong sense of urgency, meticulous attention to detail, and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A customer-service orientation.
• A collaborative team player mentality.

Pay Range: 13.99 (Min) - 26.55 (Max) Hourly
