Your Role at Federal Express Corporation (FEC):

• Engage in fast-paced and physically active warehouse duties—get paid while staying fit!
• Perform loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.
• Part-time employees typically work one shift per day, while full-time employees cover two shifts.
• Shift lengths vary based on package volume, with part-time shifts lasting between 3 and 6 hours and full-time shifts lasting 6 to 10 hours.
• Earn overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week.

Pay Transparency

This pay range is a reasonable estimate for starting salaries for this position across various locations. Actual starting pay will be based on experience, market conditions, job location, and other relevant factors. Additional pay, bonuses, or premiums may be available for qualified employees. Eligible employees can also access health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay Rate: $17.70 per hour
