Responsibilities of the Taco Bell Assistant Facility Manager revolve around supervising work shifts and upholding the brand's expectations under the guidance of the Restaurant General Manager. Key duties encompass overseeing task completion by Team Members and Shift Managers, managing inventory levels, ensuring financial integrity, and delivering food that meets safety and quality standards in a welcoming manner.

Essential Functions of Assistant Facility Manager:

• Work an average of 50 hours weekly

Qualification of Assistant Facility Manager:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin
